Descendants of Reverend Ralph Wheelock, Inc. is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.  It is organized under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes.  The specific purposes of this corporation are to promote the story of a puritan family's journey to the new world, bringing with them principles of civil and religious liberty to America - why they were important, how they have shaped America, and what it means today - so that all generations will understand this family and their descendants' place in history and be inspired by what they learn, and engage in any other lawful activities permitted under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law.  The recital of these purposes as contained in this paragraph is intended to be exclusive of any and all other purposes, this corporation being formed for those public and charitable purposes only.
